Requests must be made by completing and submitting the Encompass Community Charitable Foundation Application Form; supplemental materials may be attached. Please note, the quality of the application and supporting material is important in helping Encompass Foundation adjudicate the request. Requests should be forwarded to the Encompass Foundation and labeled to the attention of the Encompass Charitable Foundation Committee. Any and all requests will be reviewed by the Encompass Community Charitable Foundation committee. The committee is comprised of five members of Encompass directors and two staff members. The committee will endeavor to support community programs or projects that will improve the community for the social benefit and well being of all citizens.

Applicants

Applications may be for capital projects, or operational funding. When determining the size of the request awarded, the committee will take into account how closely the request meets the mandate of the committee and the number of people that would benefit. Political and Religious organizations are not eligible.

Funding Approval

Depending on the number of requests the Charitable Foundation receives on an annual basis, we may not be able to approve all requests. Requests will be given fair consideration based upon the criteria above and the current state of the Foundation budget. Encompass Community Charitable Foundation reserves the right to deny any and all requests for funding.

Marketing Material

The Encompass Charitable Foundation reserves the right to advertise, publish, or use in our marketing material any information provided by a successful applicant.
